One of the barriers that Hispanic entrepreneurs face that keeps their business from scaling is a lack of access to resources. Some of those resources include access to capital, formal business networks, formal mentoring programs, registration certification, & quality healthcare. The HBC is committed to improving the ability for Hispanic entrepreneurs to access resources that will enable their business to grow. The following is a list of established HBC partnerships.

Financial Assistance

Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE)

ACE is a nonprofit organization that provides loans and business development resources to help its borrowers create and grow sustainable businesses which generate jobs. Our partnership will provide the education and knowledge for Hispanic businesses to understand the levels and paperwork required to the variety of loans available for them


U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)

SBA is a federal agency that helps small business owners and entrepreneurs pursue the American dream through counseling, capital, and contracting expertise. Our partnership provides members a variety of counseling and access to government-led mentoring, workshops, access to small business loans, mentoring and a variety of growth initiatives for small businesses.




SCORE is a nonprofit organization that provides mentoring and education to thousands of startup and existing businesses. Our exclusive partnership primarily provides mentoring in a variety of topics from marketing, finance, strategy, webinars, workshops with mentors in English and Spanish


Government Contracting

Government Contractors Association

Government Contractors Association, Inc. (GCA) is a national trade association comprised of commercial contractors (small & large companies) and government agencies. Our partnership provides members to learn what is needed to sell to the US Government and what minority certifications are needed and how to process these certifications.
